In 2012 we celebrate the American Day in our school. Students presented the general information about history, geography and culture of the United States as well as famous Polish- American. We dressed up as American celebrities and tasted delicious American food. Tigers -the American football team explained us rules of American football.

In February every year Icelandic student dresses up in costume.  This day is called Öskudagur (Ash Wednesday).  It is a tradition from Europe to celebrate before fast days in Catholic religion.  Established church in Iceland is now Evangelist Luther and every citizen can participate if they choose.   This tradition has change from the middle ages and to day Children sing for candies and the school day is unconventional.

Our Lady and Saint Goerge's Catholic Primary School from England
Escola Joan Sanpera i Torras from Catalonia ( Spain)

We Will be working together on a Comenius Project called Wide Open Window (WOW).
